Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

I am not accepting personalized orders at the moment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship from Canada to most countries. For most products, cheaper shipping is available through lettermail, but this shipping method is untracked and might take longer to get to you. If you are tight on time, please pick a tracked shipping method at checkout.

We are not responsible for any extra fees or duties incurred at reception of your order.

Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?

Yes! The envelopes I use are recyclable, and my cards and notepads are also made from recycled or sustainably sourced paper whenever possible.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are prepared and shipped in 1-3 days. Please refer to my shipping policy to see the shipping delays depending on where you live.
